Project Description

 Position summary:

The greenhouse worker performs auxiliary tasks related to plant care and

preparation for further distribution. 

The main work includes;

1. cutting lettuce, 

2. Cleaning soil from flowers, 

4. Sorting products before dispatch.

Tasks are organized to allow the worker to perform them at a comfortable pace while meeting established quality

standards. The greenhouse environment provides stable conditions without external

weather influence and all processes are clearly structured and supervised by a shift

leader. The job is suitable for women seeking stable employment, requires no

special skills, and allows quick adaptation to routine operations
